My name is Hamed Soroush.
I am a Ph.D student at the Computer Science Department
of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I am
currently working under the direction of Brian Levine
and Mark Corner
in the PRISMS lab.
I got my M.Sc & B.Sc degrees in information networking and computer engineering from
Carnegie Mellon University and
Sharif University of Technology
in 2006 & 2005 respectively.
The main areas of my research focus are:
- Disruption Tolerant Networking
- Wireless Ad-hoc Networks
- Network Security & Privacy
- Large-scale Distributed Systems
