Newsletters

The School of Computer Science publishes two newsletters, Significant Bits and Alum Matters. For a free subscription or to submit news items, please email us at bits [at] cs [dot] umass [dot] edu. Please provide mailing address with subscription requests.

Significant Bits

For the past few years, the computer science newsletter, Significant Bits, has been published as a vehicle to keep alumni, industry, academia, government and UMass employees abreast of the research and teaching activities of the School of Computer Science. We hope that the newsletter is both informative and enjoyable reading. Prior to Spring 1999, the newsletter was known as Loose Change.
