Ph.D. Electrical Engineering: Systems, University of Michigan (2003);
M.S. Electrical Engineering, University of Virginia (1998); B.S. Electrical
Engineering, University of Virginia (1998). Research: Professor Corner's research focuses on the performance, security, and usability of mobile computing systems . He has also made contributions in the areas of adaptive multimedia systems and broadband networking. Activities and awards: Professor Corner received an NSF
CAREER award in 2005. He received an Intel Fellowship in 2001 and an award
for the best student paper at Mobicom 2002.
