Visiting the Department

UMass Amherst is approximately 2 hours by car from Boston, and 3 hours by car from New York City. The closest airport is Bradley International (BDL) in Hartford, CT (45 minutes away).

The Computer Science Department is at 140 Governors Drive, Amherst, MA. Our Computer Science building is on the north edge of campus, as highlighted on this Campus Map. Panoramic images of the CS building are also available: front view, back view.

Parking

Parking lots 31 and 45 are closest to the department. Metered parking is available in both lots. If you are visiting as a guest of the department, your host can provide you with parking validation.
