Computer Science Homecoming/Research Showcase

Friday, October 19, 2007

Computer Science Building, 140 Governors Drive
University of Massachusetts Amherst
Amherst, MA

Alums and Industrial Affiliates:

Our latest Computer Science Homecoming/Research Showcase was held on Friday, October 19, 2007. This date coincided with the UMass Amherst Homecoming Weekend (October 19 - 20, 2007).

Homecoming events included a tour of our academic facilities, luncheon, poster session showcasing the latest research areas of our faculty and students, and an afternoon reception to network with faculty, students, alums, and industrial partners. Alums and Industrial Affiliates were also welcome to attend the technical talks being held during Arny Fest: A celebration of Arnold Rosenberg's distinguished career.

This year is also the 35th Anniversary of the Department's Ph.D. Program. Thanks to all the attendees who joined us at Homecoming 2007.
