Welcome to my Webpage!

I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in the Department of Computer Science. I am working with David Jensen in the Knowledge Discovery Laboratory.

In general, I am interested in the new emerging field of Computational Social Science. In particular, I am intrigued by designing knowledge discovery methods for estimating causal knowledge in complex relational domains. More specifically, I am working on applying Quasi-Experimental Designs, a set of conceptual tools commonly used by social scientists, to estimate the causal relationships on the observational data that is available through many social media systems.

Here is my Resume.
