I am currently working on the Diesel Brick project in the Prisms Lab which aims to study disruption tolerant networks incorporating mobile nodes (a.k.a. Linux Machines on PVTA busses). We hope to deploy and study routing algorithms operating in this new environment. Primary internet connectivity is provided our access points, but Amherst has no shortage of its own access points. I did some quick wardriving on major bus routes in the area and came up with this:
