• A 1 (+) input opens P and closes N
• Ground (0) is output
• A 0 (Gnd) closes P and opens N
• Vdd or + (1) is output
• Transistors dissipate little heat
• Making P bigger equalizes rise/fall
• Similar to NMOS area, more layers
