Ph.D., Computer Science, University of Massachusetts at Amherst, February 2008.
Marc joined the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Wesleyan University as a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in September of 2007.
He joined the Department of Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2009.
Research
Marc's research currently focuses on improving network forensic tools and techniques.
He is particularly interested in weaknesses of practical anonymity systems such as Tor, and he has contributed to the body of research in this area.
