Biography
Ph.D., Computer Sciences, University of Texas at Austin (2004), M.S., Computer Sciences, University of Texas at Austin (2000), B.Tech., Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, 1999. Professor Venkataramani joined the faculty in the University of Massachusetts Amherst Department of Computer Science in 2005 as an Assistant Professor.
Awards & Activities
Professor Venkataramani was the co-recipient of the J.C. Browne Fellowship that is awarded to an outstanding graduate student in Computer Sciences at UT Austin. He was ranked in the top 40 among more than 100,000 candidates from around India in the entrance examination to the IITs.
